Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Every delivery has a flat fee based on your country of residence, so you don’t need to worry about factoring in size or weight of your package.

Delivery times may vary based on your location; postal service delays are beyond our control.

Spain Residents:

6 € MRW Shipping
Shipments will arrive within 1 to 2 business days and will include tracking.

Europe Residents:

22 € FedEx Shipping
Shipments will arrive within 2 to 3 business days and will include tracking.

Other Countries:

Certified mail shipping
Shipments will arrive within 5 to 15 business days and will include tracking.

Will you deliver cannabis seeds to my country?

Do you ship discreetly?

At BlackBull Seed Bank we respect your privacy and strive for subtlety. We use discreet packaging, and offer various shipping options to best suit the needs of individual customers. The only information shown on your packaged order is your name and address, and our return address.

I am missing an item!

Oh no! That’s not good!  Luckily, we take a photo of each and every order.  The very last step prior to packaging the seeds is a photo.  We lay all the items out around the shipping address and order number so that it can be clearly seen in a photo and snap a picture.  If you’re missing an item please call or email us, reference your order number and we will go back and look at the photos.  If your item is in fact missing, we will shoot it out to you right away.  If it isn’t, we will email you the photo and suggest that you look again in your package.

I have a problem with my seeds!

Our job is to facilitate the transaction between the breeder and customer. They come in original tamper proof packaging that has not been opened or disturbed. Because of this BlackBull as a company doesn’t replace seeds. Any issues regarding your seeds at all must be handled directly with the breeder. We can help facilitate a conversation to clear up issues, up to and including replacing seeds directly from the breeder however it is at the discretion of the breeder not BlackBull seed bank. Some breeders will replace seeds some won’t.
Once again BlackBull seed bank will not replace seeds as our job is to get them to you, nothing more.

What payment options do you offer?

  1. Payment by Mail. You can mail us your payment. If you choose this method, you agree to send cash or money order, as instructed in the Payment By Mail order form. You also agree to allow us to receive your mail before we send your order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service representatives should you have any questions or concerns.
  2. Bank Wire. We also accept payments where your bank transfers funds directly to our bank. However this process can take some time because the banks need time to make the transfer, confirm the transfer, then make the deposit and confirm the deposit. The entire process can take up to 1 or 2 business days. Once the transfer is received we will send you the shipment information.
  3. Bitcoins. Using Bitcoin to pay for your purchase has never been easier. Simply signup for a Coinbase account, and you can purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other crypto currencies with your credit card. The process is fully secure and completely anonymous. Think of it as buying a giftcard and paying with it, instead of using your own credit card or bank cardOnce your Coinbase account has funds, you can then use it to make purchases and pay for your order securely and quickly!When you checkout with your order and choose to pay with bitcoin, a followup instructional email will be sent to you. It will provide instructions on how to transferring your bitcoins to us as payment towards your order. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to walk you through the process so you can pay safely, securely, and most importantly, anonymously, with Bitcoin.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Any personal information provided to us during the ordering or communication process will be kept completely confidential.

What is your returns policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped.  Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

Do you offer grow advice?

No.  Seeds are SOLD AS NOVELTY ITEMS ONLY we do not offer any grow advice EVER!  There are many different forums and YouTube channels that are specifically designated to answers any question you may have.
